The committee of claimed to which was reference the petition of the delegation from Prince George Winyah and Ace Saints for arranging compensation to the owner and Emancipation of a slave who decision revered an Intended Insurrection in Georgetown being leave to report that they have carefully examined the same and are of opinion that this is a case requiring legislation interference, both upon former precedents and? policy and they do therefore respectfully recommend that the slave Henrietta here be emancipated, ant eight human dollars be appropriated for that purpose.
